This self-paced course walks you through every part of the client journey — from the first phone inquiry and intake, through assessment, treatment planning, ongoing documentation, and discharge. You'll master clinical file standards, informed consent and client rights, confidentiality, corrections and addenda, treatment plan reviews, suicide risk assessment and safety planning, and how to handle difficult situations — all framed around the real, day-to-day work of an outpatient provider.
